Originally established in the beautiful Blue Mountains, NSW, Australia, the team now operates from their individual home offices across the Mountains, Penrith and other parts of Sydney. We're a small team from a small community but we're spreading as the years go by!
Deb Cooper
PROJECT MANAGER and 'Jenny's Fitness Instructor'
Deb joined the team in early 2021 as a publishing administrator, managing client projects from start to finish.
With a long history in customer service and admin work, Deb is well-suited to helping our authors bring their works to life. Just one thing to remember: don't call her 'Debra'!!
Wayne Mosher
THE SILENT PARTNER and 'Jenny's Sounding Board'
Wayne has been the invisible man behind IndieMosh since the beginning, supporting Jenny and Ally in all manner of ways. When he’s not being mistaken for George Clooney, he can be found yelling at the tele in support of the Mighty Rabbitohs.
Astrid Stephens
PROJECT MANAGER and 'Question Answerer'
Astrid joined the IndieMosh team in 2019 as a publishing administrator, managing client projects from start to finish. Coming from a customer relations background she is more than happy to answer any questions you might have to help navigate the publishing process. Go on - hit her up!
Bronwen Vern-Barnett
BOOKKEEPER, LEGAL DEPOSIT OFFICER and 'Human Calculator'
Bronwen joined the team in 2018 and is the one who 'cleanses and combines' all the royalty reports each month so that our authors can be paid and see their sales. Bron also takes care of legal deposit, ensuring that your book is lodged with the National Library in Canberra and other libraries, where required.
Ally Mosher
FOUNDING DAUGHTER and 'Trusty Sidekick'
Ally is Jenny's daughter and an IndieMosh ‘founding daughter’. When she’s not creating covers and doing other graphic design work for IndieMosh clients, Ally splits her time working as a freelance graphic designer and attempting to control an all-consuming chocolate obsession.

Jenny is the Managing Director of IndieMosh. A former IPEd Accredited Editor, she now has little time for editing and proofreading, but still enjoys the thrill of helping Aussies self publish their books.
