Meet Aubrey Alan, a man we could say is somewhat athletic. He lives in Camden, Sydney, Australia. His writing started out as a running hobby. During many of his long training runs he refined his story ideas. He recounts the first time he experienced the change of colors, running up Razorback Mountain just as the sun peeked over the horizon. Everything went from drab greys to greens and blues. In the same year he penned a book and completed a 24 hour foot race.
