In November 1958, the Australian air force recovers an alien vessel. The aliens fear that a nuclear war would pollute the solar system and destroy the human race, a species created and developed by aliens. An offer is made. If Earth eliminates nuclear weapons and most of its military, the aliens will eliminate poverty, pollution, cancer and most crime. Unfortunately, nobody trusts the aliens.
