Helen was born in Perth. She loves adventures and has sailed across the Atlantic Ocean on a yacht and travelled by horseback through the Snowy Mountains.
Her first book Birthing in Paradise contains stories and poems about her experiences, living in Arctic Canada and remote communities in Central Australia.
Passions: Art, history, travel and writing.
She lives in Albany, Western Australia.
