Meet the team

We're a family owned and run self publishing service, here to help you out.

IndieMosh runs from the home offices of Mosher's Business Support/MoshPit Publishing in the beautiful Blue Mountains, NSW, Australia. We're a small team in a small community and that's the way we like it!

Jennifer Mosher

Jennifer Mosher (head honcho)

Jenny is the Managing Director of IndieMosh. A former IPEd Accredited Editor, she now has little time for editing and proofreading, but still enjoys the thrill of helping Aussies self publish their books.
When she’s not at the desk, Jenny likes making art, particularly papier mache bowls, exploring new places near and far, and ‘dead rel hunting’ on Ancestry.

Jenny is also the author of:

published using the IndieMosh model.

Ally Mosher

Ally Mosher Taylor (trusty sidekick)

Ally is Jenny's daughter and an IndieMosh ‘founding daughter’. After spending nearly a decade working with her mum to help build IndieMosh, Ally now operates as a freelancer when she’s not creating covers and doing other graphic design work for IndieMosh clients.

When she’s not at the desk, Ally is being pulled along a bush track somewhere by her spoiled husky and malamute, doodling in her bullet journal and spending entirely too much time on Facebook.

Ally is also the author of School Life: Sorted!, published using the IndieMosh model.

Ally's Qualifications

  • Diploma of Interactive Digital Media: QANTM College Sydney (SAE Australia), October 2014
  • Certificate III in Commercial Arts (Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing): Commercial Arts Training College (CATC) Sydney, July 2012
  • Certificate III in Business Administration: Acacia Education & Training Penrith, November 2010
  • HSC ATAR 91.3: Springwood High School class of 2009 (relevant subjects include Information Processes and Technology, Advanced English and Business Studies)

Bronwen Vern-Barnett's Labrador, Monty

Bronwen Vern-Barnett

Bronwen joined the IndieMosh team in 2018 as a customer relations manager and has since become IndieMosh’s human calculator. In between balancing the books, Bron is the one who gathers all the royalty reports together each month to ‘cleanse and combine’ the data so that our authors can be paid and the detail uploaded to their IndieMosh accounts.

With two teenage girls, Bron's never bored as she gets to spend weekends hanging out with them and mopping up after the newest family member, Monty the Labrador!

Astrid Stephens

Astrid Stephens

Astrid joined the IndieMosh team in 2019 as a publishing administrator, managing client projects from start to finish. Coming from a customer relations background she is more than happy to answer any questions you might have to help navigate the publishing process.

When she’s not at the desk, Astrid likes reading ('cause she doesn't get enough of that at work!) and also likes to be out in her garden or in the greater surrounds of the beautiful Blue Mountains National Park.

Kim Sampson

Kim Sampson

Kim also joined the IndieMosh team in 2019 as a publishing administrator, managing client projects from start to finish.

When she’s not at the desk, Kim loves interior design, Pilates, travelling, spending time with family and friends and a good crime novel!

Wayne Mosher

Wayne Mosher

Wayne has been the invisible man behind IndieMosh since the beginning, supporting Jenny and Ally in all manner of ways. These days he’s managed to refine his job description down to one task (outside of making Jenny copious cups of tea!) which is taking care of legal deposit of our print books.

When he’s not being mistaken for George Clooney, Wayne can be found barracking for his favourite footy team (the mighty Rabbitohs), reading modern history books, helping out at St Vinnies and generally enjoying life.
