Kylie Jones: saying goodbye to my husband, after he became a transgender woman

Some years ago, on a beach on Victoria's Phillip Island, a man named Colin had a revelation to make to his wife of 28 years.

Since the age of four, he told Kylie, he'd known he was female.

As Colin transitioned to become Anne, Kylie and her three daughters were also plunged into a new reality.

What the family thought would be a gradual process turned out to be nothing like they'd expected.
