Marian Lester

Marian Lester was born and bred in Adelaide, South Australia.
She was fortunate to have had her Doggo Foundation Training in the early 1980s with Fletcher, a Blue Heeler x Kelpie. They lived and worked sheep together on their cousin’s farm on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia, hitchhiking to live in the Kimberley, Western Australia in 1990.
Fletcher was laid to rest in Kununurra in 1995, aged 16.
Marian’s Doggo wisdom has been maintained through the years with the guidance of Moose, Linus, Riley, Monty, Oscar and Max. Marian lives in Brisbane, Queensland, with partner Carmel and they share their lives with the authors, Leo and Georgie.
