Leonie Bingham lives at Katoomba in the Blue Mountains with her daughter and husband. She lives a semi self-sufficient lifestyle with her menagerie of dogs, cats, guinea pigs and chooks.
Leonie draws inspiration for her poems from a diverse array of sources: the vast landscape surrounding her, the struggles of mental illness, local history, her own life experiences and the essence of everyday life.
