Paul Callaghan

Paul Callaghan is a Worimi man who was born in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia and grew up in the small coastal town of Karuah where he has many special memories.

During his life Paul has worked in many industries including the mining industry, government, education and training, aquaculture, university and social welfare. He has qualifications in a diverse range of disciplines including surveying, drafting, accounting, economics, training, executive leadership, emotional intelligence, company governance and executive/organisational coaching. His greatest teachers however, have been the 'black dog' of depression and Aboriginal people he has met 'out bush'.

Paul has had many years experience as an Executive and Chief Executive where he has had over 1,000 staff but now runs his own small business where he utilises his experience in the corporate arena, his experience in Aboriginal culture and his experience in healing.

Paul is passionate about wellbeing for both the individual and business enterprises. He is a speaker, trainer, facilitator and executive coach who delivers programs targeting a diverse range of groups including children, adolescents, adults and organisations.
